Reid’s Place hosts many different private high tea functions throughout the year. Milestone birthdays, engagement parties, bridal showers, baby showers, retirement parties and even social clubs and charities host special fundraising events.
The garden chapel at Reid’s Place lends itself to host canape wedding receptions in the adjacent fountain courtyard, garden arbour or verandah homestead. Reid’s Place is also BYO – we can chill and serve alcoholic beverages at canape wedding receptions.
From time to time Reid’s Place hosts ticketed high tea events with local, professional creative businesses. Examples of ticketed events are: Mother’s Day high tea, Christmas floral wreath making workshops, painting and high tea parties, small dried flower pot arrangement workshops and flower crown making workshops.
We are always happy to quote a creative workshop as part of a high tea private function for bridal showers, birthdays and fundraising events.
Reid’s Place sets the high tea table with beautiful vintage crockery and cutlery, tiered vintage tower stands, glassware, table adornment and linen tablecloths.
High tea menus at Reid’s Place are seasonal and include delicious homemade sweet and savoury items, a selection of teas and coffee, chilled water, and juices. Most dietary requirements are catered for. Reid’s place is BYO – we can chill and serve your choice of alcoholic beverages on the day.
For that extra cherry on top service, Reid’s Place can bake and create a special vintage cupcake tower or sponge sandwich tower celebration cake for any high tea occasion.
